Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for in-person and online consultations with Shathayu Ayurveda Clinic & Panchakarma Centre.
Online Consultations
Online consultation slots are reserved in advance. If you cannot attend your booked session, please contact us before the appointment time so we can help reschedule where possible.
Rescheduling
We generally prefer rescheduling over cancellation, especially for online consultations. Rescheduling depends on doctor availability and confirmation from the clinic.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered when a paid consultation cannot be delivered due to clinic-side scheduling issues or other valid circumstances. Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Important Notes
- Online consultation fees are collected to reserve the doctor's time and prepare for the consultation.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment route where possible. Bank, Wise, PayPal, or currency conversion fees may be outside the clinic's control.
- Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and external payment or delivery charges may follow separate terms depending on the situation.
